This policy covers visits to misheno.com, including product pages and documentation, and messages sent to Misheno support. Each app has separate privacy documents for the data it processes.
Who operates Misheno?
Misheno is the independent software brand of Mikhail Eshchenko. For questions about this website or your personal information, email support@misheno.com.
Website visits and hosting
The website is hosted with Hetzner. When you open a page, your browser sends the server technical information, including your IP address, the requested address, and HTTP headers such as browser information. The server uses this information to deliver the page. Where server logging is enabled, request information may also be recorded in access or error logs.
Fonts, images, styles, and scripts are served with the website. Browsing these pages does not require a Misheno account or payment details.
Cookies, browser storage, and analytics
The website does not set cookies or store data in localStorage, sessionStorage, or IndexedDB. It does not use analytics scripts, advertising trackers, embedded third-party media, or contact forms.
Messages to support
The email links open your email application. Nothing is sent until you send a message. If you contact support, Mikhail Eshchenko receives the email address, message, and any attachments you provide and uses them to answer your request.
The support mailbox uses Google's email service. Google and the email providers involved in delivery process the correspondence. Browsing the website does not send your visit to Google for analytics.
Please send only what is needed to explain your question. Do not include passwords, access tokens, confidential page content, or personal information about other people that is not needed for support.
How long information is kept
Server logs and support emails are handled under the current server and Google mailbox settings. Misheno uses the standard settings and has not established a separate retention schedule. This policy does not specify a fixed automatic deletion period.
You can contact support@misheno.com to ask about information you have sent or to request its deletion. Any deletion is subject to the applicable service settings and legal requirements.
Questions and privacy requests
You can use the same support address to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Describe your request without sending passwords or access tokens. Available rights and any limits on deletion depend on the applicable law and the information involved.
Privacy inside Misheno apps
This website policy does not describe processing inside installed apps. Each app's privacy notice, security documentation, and applicable data processing terms explain what that app accesses, where processing occurs, and its retention and deletion controls.

For the providers' own privacy information, see Hetzner's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy. Their policies do not establish Misheno's server-log or support-email deletion schedule.
